What is our mission?

To Provide Healing to those who serve others. Soldiers, First Responders, and Medical Professionals are the first-line witnesses to traumatic events, which leave them with scars both physically and mentally. Often ,they are afraid to admit what they are thinking or feeling, until it becomes too much for them to bear. Our goal is to reach these heroes before they reach the point of no return.

What is our vision?

Healing our Heroes envisions building a safe and serene place, where our veterans, first responders, and medical professionals can process their trauma and individual experiences, surrounded by love and support. We want to create an environment that promotes healing and teach new ways to cope with the burden they carry. No one who serves our country, whether on the front lines overseas, or in our local community, deserves to feel alone.

Current and Future Projects:

To continue to partner with retreat centers in Hawaii, Arizona, and other places in the USA to bring veterans, first responders, medical professionals, and other’s on 5 night retreats for mental health at as low or little cost as possible.

To make our retreats fully financially accessible to all regardless of a participant’s financial situation. We hope to achieve this by fundraising through different events around the country. Our goal is to raise $50,000 a year for the first 3 years in order to make these retreats affordable and accessible.

In year 3 to begin look for land to buy land in South Florida and build our own full-scale world class retreat center. Our program will be a full mind and body healing program. We plan to have animal therapy, bee keeping, gardening and other modalities of healing available. The food will be prepared by a master chef and be of the highest nutritional quality to help detox the body. The food will follow dietary laws that will allow all to participate in our retreats. One of our goals is also to allow other Not For Profits to be able to come and use our retreat center for a very reasonable cost so they can bring healing to others for affordable prices.
